Solving Team Problems – Marty MacPhee and Ari Bailey 

Marty and Ari discuss some of the common team challenges they have dealt with in the professional animal care world, and the strategies they have used to help people at all organizational levels tackle these challenges within teams and when communicating with clients. Marty and Ari will discuss some of the issues that they have seen crop up in the zoological community involving low trust teams, issues with communication, and challenges between staff members and their leadership, and share some of the exercises and resources they have utilized to help teams solve behavior problems in a positive and effective manner.
