Natural Encounters, Inc., Training and Education Center (NEI TEC) online courses are designed for animal trainers, educators and animal care professionals who want to learn the most contemporary information about training, team behavior, educational programs and more. In this four-week online course, Steve Martin and other NEI expert trainers share information through 90-minute PowerPoint presentations followed by 30 minutes of discussion and Q & A. Participants in the course will learn how to improve their training skills, provide better welfare for their animals, create high performance teams, produce engaging and inspirational guest programs and much more. NEI trainers will also be available to review and evaluate video of training sessions and educational program presentations that are submitted by the attendees.
